Returns and Exchanges
Returns (Flawed or Damaged Items Only)
Asiya The Label does not accept general returns. However, if your garment is flawed or damaged upon receiving it, we will replace the item for you. You can complete a return form through within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, requests for damaged items are no longer applicable. When registering your return, please upload clear photos of the issue and provide a short description. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange your replacement.
Exchanges (Size or Fit)
If the size or fit is not what you desired, an exchange is possible. To exchange an item, please register your request through [this link] within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange & Return Conditions
- Exchanges must be registered within 14 days of purchase.
- Damaged item replacements must be registered within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged (by the customer), and in their original condition, including all labels, tags, and original packaging (such as the bag).
- Customized items cannot be exchanged or replaced.
- Return shipping costs and shipping risks** are the responsibility of the customer.
- A track and trace code is required as proof of return shipment. Without this, we cannot start an investigation into missing packages, and exchanges or replacements will not be processed.
- Used, worn, or damaged items (without prior approval) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- If an item is returned without original packaging or in an incomplete condition, the exchange or replacement may be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
Processing & Replacements
Return processing may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your item. Once processed and approved, your new replacement garment (or exchanged size) will be shipped out to you.
Important Notice
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packed to prevent any damage during transit. Always request proof of shipment from your courier or service point.
